Founders Circle close ($50K from personal network) answers the most important pre-seed question before VCs ask it. VC outreach follows, not precedes, this close. FFF is the foundation of that signal.
The Platform Narrative
Lead with Pangea infrastructure thesis — not SariKo surface layer. Avoid logistics/payments framing that risks miscategorization (confirmed: ANANTA pass). The City License model validates demand before VC conversations begin.
The Outreach Style
Low-key, no hard sell. Use imminent milestones as natural relevance hooks. Withhold deck to invite pull rather than push. "Good to be in each other's orbit" as the off-ramp. One question per message.
